Victorian Pinot Noir makers have been loath to let this variety produce the delightful lighter styles when the vintage turns out that way.  Most of them work very hard in these years to get more colour and weight into the wine when all it wants is to be light!

So here we are with a wine both light in colour and body but still with all the great sweet fruit flavours you want in a good Pinot with a texture smooth and soft as it should always be.

Really good with spicy food, where the lack of tannin combined with soft acid helps it smooth out spicy heat.
