Classic Dry White started out as a good name for blended dry whites made from Sav Blanc and Semillon. Along the way it was bastardised by the big wine companies and used to flog off anything that wasn't a trendy variety and was often not all that dry either. 

We use it to sell an actually dry, white that is a good drink and good value.  At the moment the glut of white wine in the Australian market makes this particularly good value, good enough to cook with and drink at the same time and tru to the original ocncept of a dry white wine.
