When we went looking for a suitable Sparkles we wanted something that was very easy to enjoy and so not fiercely dry and acidic. This is a lovely soft wine with plenty of developed yeasty flavour and some quite developed Chardonnay
peachiness and the softness from the Pinot Noir. It’s still dry and fresh but not aggressive.
Enjoy in the usual way when there is any reason at all to pop a cork. Be very comfortable that everyone will enjoy it.
