We know this amazing old Eastern European Gentleman who is primarily an Apiarist but with a passion for Mead. Stan discovered that when he brewed his mead from honey made by the bees in the orange groves along the Murray River it produced this aromatic citrus flavour that was delicious. All the other honey in Australia he tried were “not so good”.
He came to us with this and even though it is a bit “left of field“ for us we liked it so much we decided to help him sell it. Have a taste and be enlightened. Its great in cooking as well and we have some of the best chefs using it.
