Short Description: Its not a misprint - Its 2 pinots!
This is made from two different Pinot Noir based wines hence the name. We acquired some very good Sparkling wine base that was the lightest pink - so no good to make white sparkling. Having been made as sparkling base it was a bit lean and dry so we looked for something to blend to get some more colour and flavour into it. A small dose of 9% of our best Pinot Noir did the job and has produced an excellent dry Rose’.
This will be great with all your summer fish and chicken dishes. And now that Aussie blokes can actually bring themselves to drink “pink”, its a good option to all that Sav Blanc out there.
