Preservative Free Dry White - King Valley VIC
At last we have been able to source a more than acceptable tasting white wine with no preservative added.
It is a young fresh Chardonnay from the lower King Valley area of Vic. It is made in a quite traditional way with natural yeasts and left on yeast lees for an extended period to give quite complex but still delicate flavours. It has no oak influence at all and is to my mind more a Chablis style.
To my amazement it gets better after a few days open which defies all the expectations of a Sulphur free wine.
No refills but you can reuse the bottle.
