Our long-awaited Gamay is finally here! Grown in Benalla, it has a vibrant ruby-red hue, with aromas of ripe strawberries, red cherries, and a hint of spice. On the palate, it’s lively and juicy with flavours of raspberries and cranberries, supported by soft, approachable tannins and a well-balanced structure. It’s light to medium bodied, yet bursting with flavour. The finish is clean and lingering, making this Gamay a real standout.

Pair with a piece of grilled salmon, as the bright acidity can cut through that richness.
