Semillon Sauvignon Blanc, fondly known as "Sem Sauv," originates from the winemaking tradition of Bordeaux, France. In Bordeaux's Graves and Pessac-Léognan appellations, winemakers discovered the magic of combining Semillon's lush texture with Sauvignon Blanc's vibrant acidity and aromatic complexity. This blend creates a wine greater than the sum of its parts, offering refreshing citrus notes alongside bursts of tropical fruits and fresh herbs.

Green apple on the nose, with a light, bright acidity. On the palate, you’ll find notes of citrus. This one is fresh, young and vibrant!
