A Central Italian varietal originally, Vermentino has become a mainstay in the Australian wine scene offering a bright, fresh and super drinkable drop perfect for summer afternoons.

In Australia it performs really well in the warmer areas along the Murray River producing a lovely fresh “Riesling-esque” dry white, with lovely aromatics, high acid and a crisp, dry finish. Notes of apple and citrus, it’s balanced and zesty. Super light, would pair well with oysters and simple seafood, and with enough acid to cut through a creamier sauce.
